A Letter From Our Founder

Founder's Story

A Career Built in Affordable Housing

I've spent more than a decade in the affordable housing industry, and during that time I've held just about every position there is, from case management to compliance.

As I continued growing my compliance business, I found myself thinking more and more about the kind of impact I wanted to make beyond affordable housing compliance. While I love the work, I realized that what I missed most was working directly with families. I missed being part of their journey. I missed making a personal impact.

Why Pinnacle Community Partners Was Created

Some of the greatest joy I've experienced in my career came from helping families secure housing, connecting them to resources, and even helping them achieve homeownership. Seeing the excitement and pride on their faces when they reached those milestones is something I'll never forget.

I also missed volunteering, working with youth, and helping guide individuals and families toward new opportunities. Over the years, I became so focused on the compliance and technical side of affordable housing that I started to feel disconnected from the very people the work is meant to serve.

Pinnacle Community Partners was created because I wanted to bring those two worlds together. I wanted to use the knowledge, experience, and expertise I've gained over the years not only to support housing initiatives, but to invest directly in people and communities.

People Matter

This organization is rooted in something simple: people matter.

I genuinely care about the individuals and families we serve, and I am excited about the impact we can make together. I am filled with ideas, opportunities, and resources that can help people not only overcome immediate challenges, but also build stronger futures for themselves and their children.

Looking Toward the Future

My hope is that Pinnacle Community Partners becomes an organization that opens doors, provides support, and reminds people that their circumstances do not define their future.
